Culottes are officially spring’s new must-have pants (or must we say shorts?). You probably haven’t seen them since your school days, but consider them back, and back with a vengeance. They were awesome then and are even better now, and fashion bloggers from around the world do agree. As French as Culottes sounds, as chic they appear on these bloggers. And the best thing after all? They can be worn in many different ways and styles!
